NO TITLE: Car bought in Georgia, which does not title vehicles older than 1985. Bill of sale and Motor Vehicle Certificate of Inspection used to register vehicle in GA. Have not registered vehicle since move.

An early production 1964 ½ Mustang. Automatic transmission and 8 cylinder 289 engine. Car was purchased in Georgia from prior owner in 2006. There is no odometer reading or estimate of mileage from prior owner. Odometer exempt in Georgia. Original engine is still in the car. This has been a project car/driver and has been worked on intermittently over the last several years. Last driven regularly in 2010, and garage stored, w/engine run every few months since that time. She runs well, but too much slop in the steering – needs steering gear replaced. New Steering Gear from Flaming River included w/ purchase.

Engine/Mechanical:• Original Engine – no rebuilds disclosed by prior owner, and none performed by seller.• New fuel pump and oil pan in 2006. Replaced alternator, starter solenoid, & new voltage regulator (2nd new in box).• Replaced starter (2009)• New ignition coil and new plug wires (2009)• New Speedometer cable and speedo installed (2010)• New water pump (2009)• Headlights, all light assemblies and light covers replaced. Lights and signals all working. Spare bulbs & old covers included w/purchase.• New wipers, washer nozzles and cowl cover installed
Body: • Floors and seat pans replaced by previous owner in 2006.• Passenger door replaced. Door hinges replaced on both doors.• New door weather-stripping included with purchase.• Both Front and Rear valances replaced• Lower Grille Support replaced• Rear bumper and bumper guards replaced.• Front bumper guards replaced. New front bumper included w/purchase.• Trunk lid, lock and latch assembly replaced. (torsion bars included w/purchase)• Gas Tank, Gas Neck nozzle and fuel lines replaced• Driver Vent Window replaced w/used window.• All badges replaced. (289V, 5” Mustang, Running Pony, F.O.R.D)• New mirrors and mirror pads.• Car repainted gray in 2010, and has flaws and chips in several places. Please see pictures.
Suspension & Brakes: • Complete rebuild of Drum Brakes (Front and Rear) in 2008. Less than 5,000 miles on rebuild.• New Master Cylinder installed (2008).• Parking brake cable, equalizer and rear drum levers replaced. (connector to brake lever needs repair)• Leaf Springs replaced (2008)• Coil Springs replaced w/ 1-inch lowering springs (2008)• Upper and Lower Control Arms Replaced (2008)• Front and Rear shocks replaced (2008)• Outer Tie Rods replaced (2008)
Interior:• New Carpet and Sill Plates• New Dash Pad and dash pad trim installed.• One seat frame replaced and all seats reupholstered in 2006. Seats in good condition.• Installed 3-Point Seat Belts for Driver and Passenger.• New Kick Panels.• New floor mats.• New Steering wheel.• Rebuilt instrument cluster installed. (New Instrument Panel bezel included)• New Glove Box and Glove Box Door installed. (2 spare doors included)• New antenna and cable installed.• New rearview mirror.• New ignition switch, and all knobs and bezels replaced• Heater Control assembly, knobs and bezel replaced.
Wheels• Magnum 500’s purchased and installed in 2011. Some rust on rims. • New Tires: Kelly Charger 195 65R15 (like new tread)Spare Parts / Manuals• All spare parts shown in pictures to be included with purchase.• Shop Manuals pictured to be included with purchase.
Incomplete work:
• Steering Gear needs to be replaced. New Steering Gear from Flaming River included w/ purchase.• Replace door panels, handles, arm rests. Complete parts to replace door panels included with purchase (Panels, liners, door handles, window handles, arm rests & arm rest pads, bushings, screws, adhesive, clips and clip removal tool)• Install radio. New (in box) aftermarket radio and speaker included with purchase. • Horns inoperable: New aftermarket horns installed, but not wired nor operable.• Trunk torsion bars included but not installed.• Weather-stripping needs to be completed.• Driver door needs to be re-aligned for tighter fit / seal.• Install front bumper. New chrome bumper still in shipping cover included.• Replace windshield moldings and rear window moldings. Removed moldings included with purchase.• Replace Drip Rail moldings (removed for painting)• Heater Core unknown

Deposit of $1000 (non-refundable) via PayPal ONLY is due within 48 hours of close of bidding and the balance is due in full within 5 business days of close of auction via Cashier’s Check (certified from a US bank) or Cash (in person). The vehicle will not be released until all funds have fully cleared our bank– no exceptions. Please note we will need to schedule a pick up date/time a few days in advance due to work schedules. Shipping companies must provide a specific date and time frame to ensure availability.
