1926 Ford Model T RUNABOUT

You are bidding on a 1926 Ford Model T Runabout, Vin # 12770142 With a clear Tenn. Title. This car was my father’s, I really have no history on this car, this has sat in my Garage since 2012 after his passing, about a month ago I decided I was not going to do anything with this vehicle, I did manage to get it started and running. I have a video of it running that you can see if you would like. I will be happy to send it upon request, if you want to see video, ebay message me and I will send it. I did not attempt to drive it without going thru the car totally first.

Condition: Needs a battery, the car is what I would call a Super Driver once gone through and tweeked with some TLC. The seats are real nice, wood spoke wheels nice, tires ok, so once you went through changed all fluids and tuned her up it should be a nice car to drive around or continue to restore, your choice. Mileage Unknown.

Noticeable things I have noticed wrong with it:

The top would need a patch or new one as has a small tear in it shown in picture

Right rear quarter above running board has some paint flaking stress issues which you can see in one of the pictues

Either light bulbs or fuse? Or wiring has a issue cause headlights did not work, but did notice a couple wires on the firewall wire terminal block with issues so it could be there, I purchased a new terminal block, but has not been installed.

Rear deck lid has the lock latch and key works it, but the lock assy needs adjusting to the deck lid better when closing it, as it is hard to release to open back up when shut.

Don’t know if timer effects this engine timing, long battery cables, or a weak ground,or old starter, but when turned over she is hard to motor over, but when I got her fired up she did not smoke, did not run for very long as the new owner needs to go over everything when tuning up. I think the car was restored at one time many years ago cause it is in pretty decent shape all around, like I said very good driver shape once gone through. Thank you and Good Luck
