1962 Ford Falcon Squire

Runs and drives great, drive anywhere…I built this as a driver for my wife Body: Very solid body and floor pans, door bottoms have minor paint bubbles, new bumpers, paint is old and has a nice very mild patina. Both front fenders have minor dents on front corners. Interior: All original seats & paint. Electric Rear Window works. Drivers seat has tears, but the seats overall are faded but very good. Fold down rear seat. Carpet was replaced 15 years ago. Original rubber rear floor mat covered with a bamboo mat. Headliner needs to be replaced. Drivetrain & Chassis: All 62 Falcons were 6 cyl. cars. A 64 ½ Mustang donated its 289, Cruiseomaitc (3-speed) trans, front suspension, brakes and steering components. The 8” rear is stock with original gears replace with a 3:00 gear. Modification Features: This wagon was built with the thoughts of late 60’s Florida teenager in mind as a surf wagon/hot rod. Smooth steelies and moon caps (14” front, 15” rear), radial tires with less than 8000 miles. Bellflower exhaust tips and 59 Cadillac taillights integrated with stock taillights have also been added. Period correct pinstriping inside and out. Period surf and hot rod stickers round out that look. A full stereo system has been installed into a removable early 50’s Samsonite wardrobe suitcase with a small matching train case as a CD case. New Vintage Air Mark IV underdash air condition system, (still uses factory heat). New electric fan, new radiator, HEI ignition, Weiand aluminum intake & 500 cfm Edelbrock Carb, new one wire 12v alternator, new battery & electric fuel pump. Bonus....A vintage 9' (beatup) Bruce Jones surfboard, a pair of vintage water skis & a vintage wooden Goofy Foot skateboard can be thrown in if wanted!! $500 deposit due within 24 hours of auction close, total balance due within 7 days of auction close.
