You are looking at a 1979 Ford F250 4x4 400 4 speed pickup.. with 94,000 original miles This Truck is well-equipped and easy to drive..with Power Steering, Power disc Brakes, and A/C... The Engine is Absolutely sound I have had a Lot oftheseF250s and F150s to determine what is a undependable pickup and what is a dependable and reliable running and drivingpickup and I would have no doubt to put this One atthe top of my list of being a example on how good the early F250s drove when they where new.The engine is so smooth and running no hesitation the clutch isgreat In all fourgears..... The brakes stop on A dime... Every time I get in some of these F250s I feel myself fighting with the steering wheel to keep it straight and sometimes I feel uncomfortable getting on the freeway with some of these older4x4's! But this one steers straight has the power to get up and has the brakes to stop.... All four tires are matching and are in great shape thousands of miles left on them....... The 4x4 works great in both gears.... Not very often do I get a chance to encourage people to take a flight from wherever they are in the US or Canada to come down and pick up a vehicle and drive it back.. But this is one out those fewer vehicles thatI am more than confident will make it whereveryou need to go! The whole truck is completely original except for The two rear outerwheel wells sheet metal, it had some minor rust on the very center top on both sides.... Just the center top of the wheel wells were professionally cut out repaired and then Spot paintedto match the rest of the original paint that remains on this F250.. Yes that is the only blemish that was ever repaired on this original sheet metal and original paint F250, The frame,floors, and bed floor are completely solid..It does have some minor surface rust but that's all it really is just surface rust.. The skid plate that covers the gas tank has a rust hole the size of a golf ball but it can easily be repaired or replaced or left alone I don't see a hurry for replacement/repair.. It is not welded to the floor or to the frame it is simply just bolted on. The interior is completely bone stock I would recommend replacing the dash pad and the seat cover and maybe the vinyl floor carpet the rest of it seems like it's in good shape!.. It has a small chip with a short crack on the front windshield. However the rest of the windshield and all of the windows are in good shape no chips or cracks This truck comes with its Original built sheet, manuals and warranty service plate, along with the original door tag and jam sticker. Overall if you're looking for a 1979 F250 that is original and dependable that you can basically just Aboutdrive anywhere that has a lot of potential!! I would definitely choose this one!
