Description:

1969 Ford F-100 Custom Cab

For sale is my 1969 Ford F100 Custom Cab, short bed with "West Coast Towing Mirrors". Truck has just less than 74k miles on the original 360 big block. This truck was made in the San Jose, CA plant in Oct. 1968 and I have the original sales transfer along with the original owner's manual. I am the 4th owner. Engine runs strong and is clean. I have receipts for the "road ready" work I had done when purchased (new points, plugs, fuel filter, brake shoes, brake lines, timing adjustment, carb rebuild, etc). New BF Goodrich Silvertown radials on chrome smoothies, new retro style radio with Kenwood door speakers. The paint shines well, but you can see blemishes up close. Truck is repainted the original paint code (not sure of age) and had a pop up sun roof added at some point (nice little feature). The transmission is the original Ford T-85 manual 3 speed with "overdrive" (just had a new overdrive cable installed). Original buckets seats. Driver seat has tear along one top seem and side seem. The passenger seat is like new. The inside looks really sharp with newer dash pad, floor liner, paint (when the outside was painted), knobs, etc. The instrument bezel has a classic worn look to it, but you can get replacements if you want it to look new. Manual steering, manual brakes, no factory air (aftermarket is available). Nice looking truck to cruise the weekends, go to your local car shows, or drive around town...compliments abound. Chrome shines bright from wheels, to bumpers, to grill, to tips. Currently garage kept. Sold as is, where is. Buyer is 100% responsible for arranging pick up or shipping (if applicable). $500 deposit is due within 24 hrs of winning auction. Remainder is due within 7 days. If not paying with cash, then all other payment forms must clear my bank before taking possession of the vehicle. VERY REASONABLE RESERVE PRICE! Please feel free to ask and questions and good luck bidding.
