I pulled my car off Ebay because I decided to keep it approximetaly two months ago. The car is way to clean to let go and have more $$$ than asking price in it. I also realized I dont have the time for it now either. So here she is back up for sale for one lucky Bidder. This would make a Jaw dropping Christmas gift for the loved one.
And to add to this since I decided to keep it I pulled all the old peeling TAR soundproofing off and wire wheeled all the surface imperfections off the rear pans and other areas that had wear and sealed the inside of the car as well also re-seamed all the inside pan joint with fresh body seam sealer.
Your gain my loss. This 1992 coupe started out as a florida 4 cylinder car that I purchased in Orlando area and had transported via truck shipping here to Chicago. The car was completely rust free prior to extensive make over. The coupe was completely stripped, sealed, primed, painted Ford Grabber Blue and clear coated with 3 coats of clear then messaged down to a mirror finish by Erie and Lasale body shop a 5 star shop here in Chicago. The person in charge of my project was Bill Wert from Erie Lasalle. Bill is a perfectionist like myself and helped me finish several of my prior builds and he was the only person that I'd ever trust with body and paint work that lives up to my expectation. All the trim and seals were replaced with LMR products and rear quarter windows completely restored. All door handle are new along with the ford symbols, gromets and many bolts. This car was placed on a frame machine prior to having maximum motor sports full length subframes installed. The car is laser straight literally. Every bit of this car was sprayed includung the insides of the door. Every piece was taken off and sprayed individually. This is a $6400.00 (discounted price) to me paint job because of my previous builds including a show GTR and is a high quality paint job better than factory and BETTER than any other coupe on eBay. This paint job would coast over 8k at full price. I was only allowed to feature 24 pictures but have many more I can forward via email. I was going to stuff a complete 2003 cobra transplant and make this into a terminator swap coupe. Unfortunately I decided to sell this project for my beach home I invested into down south. Like I said my loss your gain. If interested I do have a Complete terminator swap with only 17745 mile on it with many uprades to trans and engine including powder coat finish for show quality.
