1989 Ford Mustang Convertible! Great running vehicle with no mechanical issues, garage kept, has never been smoked in, pet free, and PA State inspected to 11/2017! Power top, power windows, power locks, tilt steering wheel, cruise control, power fuel door release, power trunk release, power mirrors, ice cold air conditioning, 2.3 Liter EFI engine, AM/FM stereo with cassette player, 5-speed manual transmission, cloth interior, convertible top boot, and full car cover. This car is accident free and has had only 2 owners, with a clean Carfax.Recently inspected, good brakes & tires, brand new exhaust and muffler, new tie rod, new wiper blades. This car's engine, clutch, and transmission are in very good condition.
The title reads exempt for the mileage and the Carfax reads over 100K miles, however when the vehicle went up for auction the auction house wrongly assumed that the odometer had turned over due to it's age and had it title over 100K. I am absolutely sure judging by the minimal wear and overall condition that the 89,000 miles on the car is original miles.
In the spirit of full disclosure here are the few flaws of this beauty. There is a 6" tear in the top that has been patched and DOES NOT LEAK. All the power options and gadgets are in good working order with the exception of the rear drivers side window which works but needs guiding up and down, I think it slipped off the track. Does need a good detailing, but there are no rips or tears in the upholstery. I also have some new rubber stripping for the vehicle for when that needs to be replaced. Other than those few things this car is fantastic!
