1956 Ford Fairlane Wagon

We have a 1956 Ford 2Dr. Ranch Wagon Original 272 V8 3 SPD. just out of Long storage !!! This Wagon is very complete 272 V8 had not been run since stored in 1998. The driveline is complete and the Motor turned freely!!! The Body on the Ford has held-up well for this STYLE. Rear Quarters are very solid, Rear Tailgate is great,Front fenders are real good. Rockers have some rot and filler. The frame is real good,Front crossmember needs repair,Floors are good. They have had some patchwork and the spare tire well is rotted (JUNK!) LOOK AT PICS!!! and around the inner fender well insidesome rot! Real decent project. Interior is all there except headliner and the dash is very complete . We changed all fluids, and Replaced the Points and condenser, Spark plugs etc. Bypassed the fuel system with a small fuel cell on the inner fender andelectric fuel pumpand she is up and running !!! Motor sounds nice!!! New muffler and tailpipe. We pulled all the Brakes and cleaned and bleed them and she stops GREAT!!!, Clutch Feels Good and more. She now runs and Yard drives and appears to have no leaks. The wiring needs a little TLC,Good Windshield does need some flatglas, we do not have a key. We did wire it to a switch and starter button for now!!! This will be a great restoration project OR SuperRAT ROD!!! Very Rare Find !!! Please Email with all Questions before Auction Ends .
