Here is a great find that you just don't run across everyday. A complete '48 Ford Cabover, all original, 99% complete, with its original flathead V-8. It even has a relatively short wheelbase of 135", so - easy to haul, and would be great for a pickup type project. I included one picture of exactly how I found it on the farm, and as you can see, I've done nothing to it other than put some wheels on the front so it will roll and remove the sideboards from the bed. I will remove the rest of the bed for free, if you desire.

This truck was in the same family for many years, and is amazingly straight and complete for a farm truck. It does have some dings here and there (I always make sure to get the worst in the pictures) but overall pretty darn straight. There is also very little rust to speak of. A little in a cab corner, and some on the right side floor board, where a floormat held in some moisture and dirt. One or 2 other thin spots on the floor.

This truck was running when it was parked, approximately 20 years ago. I have made no attempt to get it running again, but I would not think it would take too much, as everything is still original and in place - sparkplugs, air cleaner, hoses, etc., overall its just the perfect start to a project or restoration, and you will most likely be the only one on your block (if not your town!) to have one. The title for this truck was lost somewhere between three generations of the family, so I have applied for a new title, which is very simple in Kansas. Truck will have a State of Kansas Bill of Sale, and I guarantee you a clean, clear, State of Kansas title in my name within 30 days.
