1934 Ford Chopped Tudor Sedan Street Rod
This is an original all steel bodied ’34 Ford Tudor rod built in 2008 by the owner of a well-known Alberta rod shop as his personal vehicle, and it remains in his possession today.
The body received a 1 ½” chop, along with numerous body mods to clean up body line, gaps, etc…
Fenders are also all steel.
The engine is a 383 ci. Chev stroker putting out 450 hp. and 470 ft/lbs. of torque.
Built on a TCI chassis, with CWI Jaguar IRS.
It incorporates much aluminum, chrome, and polished stainless throughout the build.
The interior is done in full grain Italian leather.
This is a high end quality professional build, top to bottom, inside and out.
There are many significant custom aspects to the car and details which are too numerous to list.
Built as a driver rather than a trailer queen, all aspects of this vehicle are still very new and fresh looking.
The car has been road proven with 27,000 miles driven since completion, and remains strong running and dependably roadworthy.
This listing provides many more details and pics of this custom rod as you scroll thru.

The all Henry steel body is chopped 1 ½”.
The structure received all new custom made wood, maple and purple heart.
The body is very straight, as is all the sheet metal.
Panel fit, alignment, and gapping is excellent.
Paint work is excellent, very smooth with a great shine, and reflects like a mirror.
It shows very few and minor stone chips from its years and mileage, as can be expected of a driven car, but remains in very nice condition.
The only notable blemishes appear on the left body quarter. There is an area that has tiny blemishes comparable to fish eyes or solvent pops, slight enough that they do not appear in any attempts to photograph them.
Cause is unknown as they only appeared several years after completion, and have not gotten worse over time.
You pretty much have to be looking for them to spot them.
All external hardware is original Ford stock having been restored and nicely rechromed, including the grille.
All brightwork is in excellent condition, including the Greyhound hood ornament, headlamp and tail lamp buckets, hood and door handles, windshield frame, bumpers, and reproduction Ford V8 hubcaps.
Ford script glass headlamp lenses and Blue-Dot tail lamps lenses all very good.

The full custom interior is upholstered in Oxblood full grain Italian leather, it is comfortable and in excellent condition.
It is also seatbelt equipped front and rear.
The dash has an appropriate satin luster and houses a full complement of Classic Instruments gauges.
Unique dash knobs are hand carved from walrus ivory tusks.
All interior hardware, fittings, aluminum, and stainless items are polished.
Passenger comforts include an AC system with heat/defrost, tilt steering with a traditional style banjo steering wheel, power windows and cowl vent, a functional swing-out windshield, intermittent wipers, and a great sound system with sub-woofers.
If rod running in a classic chopped ’34 turns your crank, then this fast Ford is ready for you to show and go, and enjoy. It has gone far enough to be well broken in and road proven, yet still presents quite fresh and new.
The owner now has other projects and priorities to pursue and as such has decided to make his special rod available.
The reserve is set far below invested cost, or what it would take to build a comparable ride today.

NOTICE REGARDING BID RETRACTIONS:
Placing a bid to simply uncover the reserve price, or how high another buyer has bid, and then retracting or cancelling the bid is not allowed as it violates Ebay’s Invalid Bid Retraction Policy.
Such bids are considered as ‘Unwelcome and Malicious Bidding’ as they contravene the seller requirements stipulated above, that you only bid with the intent to buy and concluding the transaction.
Such bids are not in the spirit of a reserve auction. They ruin the experience for serious buyers and sellers, can cast doubt on the process and subject vehicle, and are a nuisance to the seller in general.
Ebay rules stipulate, if you retract a bid for reason of ‘entered wrong amount’, you must re-enter your correct bid amount right away, and that changing your mind does not qualify as entering wrong amount.
If you retract your bid as ‘wrong amount’ and fail to re-enter your correct amount, your bid will be considered ‘unwelcome and malicious’ and it will be immediately reported to Ebay, and they will investigate, and you will be placed on a blocked bidders list.
