Truck is in very good working order... the inside is a pleasure to work in for two people. We currently have setup a Full size floor standing 50lb propane Pitco Fryer, 4 Table Top Burners (Fresh water Underneath), 12" Grill, and outlet for hot holding unit for 1 full hotel pan or 9 1/6 pans... We have a super strong diesel generator 7 or 8 kw (not sure ill check), and it bring power to two 12ft true fridges, and one true low bow fridge. We have 2 full power outlets that can run full time, and there is a AC unit in the ceiling that blows super cold, but pulls a lot of power. Tons of cold holding space on truck. 45 gal of fresh water (30 gal tank and 15 - one per side). Water heater, and 3 bin sink also for health code.... Will Include commercial 36" flat top cooker if interested in the deal... Will also include my 6000 dollar hobart 80qt mixer in the deal, just in case you want to do large scale mixing of bread or some other product. Comes with bowl, hook, and dolly to move around (forklift to move - weighs 1200 lbs almost...!!! Truck comes with a bunch of equipment, and pots and pans, and other misc small wheres. Lots reads to go... Just change wrap and anything is possible... Tacos, wraps, pupsas, fish and chips, putin, sky is the limit!!!!
