1929 Ford Model A Roadster Pickup. BEAUTIFUL RESTORATION. See VIDEO. 1929 Ford Model A Roadster PickupListed on behalf of Monte Shelton Motors. Located in Portland. Oregon. Certainly one of the rarer (and most fun) Model A body styles is the Roadster Pickup. Sporty and versatile. it has comfortable seating for two with plenty of cargo (or parade passenger) space in the bed. This particular pickup was restored approximately 10 years ago and shows beautifully today. Everything was disassembled and restored or replaced as needed. The all-steel Ford body and fenders are straight and rust free. Great panel fit. Finished in Rock Moss Green with French Gray pinstripe and Black fenders and wheels. this is a great looking combination. The truck currently wears chromed bumpers and radiator shell. although a stock black shell is included. should the buyer prefer a totally stock look. (Frankly. we like the chrome. which gives a bit of sparkle to the front end. )The soft top and interior are in very good condition. Side curtains are included. The bed had new oak flooring installed and beautifully varnished. Undercarriage is clean and in excellent condition. Please see photos. Mechanically. this A scores an "A. " Rebuilt original stock 4 cylinder engine runs smooth and strong with no smoke or unusual noises. Starts easily. Transmission shifts smoothly. Brakes stop the truck smooth and straight. Truly a pleasure to drive. All lights work. Manual windshield wiper. Single sidemount with full fabric cover. Perfect for advertising your business. Sparton "ahooga" horn always brings a smile. Overall. this is a wonderfully restored and excellent driving Model A in a very desirable body style. If you are looking for a good one that needs nothing and is ready to show or go. this is the one.
