1974 Australian Ford Falcon 500 looks like XB Sedan

Up sale is my Australian Falcon that I have had about 6-7 years. Right-hand drive. Australian 302 Cleveland engine. Licensed in California. Rebuilt power brake booster; new mastercylinder. 4 wheel disc brakes, positraction differential. Pinion gear seal leaks. Emergency brake needs to be hooked up. Passenger side door latch mechanism needs to be replaced (door will not open from the outside). Speedometer is in K/ph. All glass is intact, all lights work except for right tailight. A few rust spots that I have included in the photos. Car is driven about once a week to work. Engine was rebuilt when car was imported; definitely less than 8000 miles on the engine.
