Here is a perfect candidate to build that nostalgia drag car or also known as a "gasser". Put a straight axle front end in it remove the shock towers and put that cammer 427 right in. Or if your a Chevrolet guy put in a 396 454 383 what ever you desire. I bought this Falcon Wagon several years ago as a donor car to a another I was working on but found this one too nice to use for parts. The man I got it from was the grandson of the lady that bought it new. This car was originally the beautiful Twilight Turquoise. It is a six cylinder automatic that I personally have never heard run so I could not pass opinion on it's condition. The rear floor boards are gone and one spot on the drivers front floor board has a little rot. The parcel area in the rear as well as the quarters and rockers are perfect. The car has had a recent reconditioned or new gas tank installed. The car spent its whole life in the Hampton Georgia area and other than the floor boards is preserved nicely. The spare tire well is still solid and the most common area of rust on these cars....the roof is perfect. The passenger front fender is bent due to moving it with a flat tire but I do have another fender that I believe is usable. I also have a rear glass for the the tailgate. The front windshield is perfect along with all of the side windows. The hood is excellent and the fit along with the opening/closing is perfect. No damage to the front inner fender wells at all with the exception of the battery area. I will provide four rolling tires. It also has the four original "dog dish" hubcaps.
