1967 Ford Mustang

Sweet-looking car for a fun ride!

Body is in great condition. Has Dayton knockoff chrome wire wheels, rack & pinion power steering, aftermarket "Mustang" AM/FM cassette tape player and dual USB charging ports mounted under the dash.

Working lights, wipers, door locks, window cranks. All the side windows roll up and down/open and close smoothly.Attractive black interior carpeting.Car runs down the road nice and straight. Brakes are functional, but a brake job is needed.Front and rear seatbelts have been added.

Was appraised for $30,500 by Collector Car Appraisals on May 31st, 2012. Their appraisals are good for a year.Had frame off restoration about 20 years ago.

The winning bidder is required to contact me (the Seller) by e-mail or phone within 24 hours after the close of the auction to finalize the details of the transaction. If I don’t hear from the buyer within 3 days of the auction close, the vehicle may be made available to the next highest bidder or another qualified buyer on a first come, first serve basis.

A non-refundable $500.00 deposit to my Paypal account or a bank cashier’s check (not from a credit union) is due within 48 hours after the auction has ended. The $500 Paypal deposit is non-refundable as ending an eBay auction and not buying the vehicle is very damaging to the seller. When the deposit has been submitted, the "Buyer" MUST also email or fax a copy of their valid, state-issued driver's license and insurance card along with a signed buyer’s order. For the balance of payment (required within 7 calendar days of the auction close), I only accept bank cashier’s checks (not from a credit union) which must clear before the car will be released.

This vehicle is being sold "AS IS" and with no warranties expressed or implied. Please be aware that all “used vehicles”, regardless of age, mileage, or manufacturer are subject to a certain amount of wear, use, and flaws and mechanical failure. I encourage the bidder to have a personal inspection of the vehicle to help ensure your satisfaction. That inspection must be completed prior to the end of the auction. Third party inspections are to take place prior to a vehicle’s shipment or delivery. Inspection charges and fees, if any, are the "Buyer's" sole responsibility.

Shipping and Delivery: Ebay can assist you in delivery through their network of private and commercial carriers. Most of them can deliver the vehicle to your driveway. I assume no responsibility for damages or delays incurred once a vehicle is in a shipper's custody. All shipping charges are the "Buyer's" responsibility. I will assist with shipping arrangements but will not be responsible in any way for claims arising from shipping damage! Licensed "Carriers" are generally insured for $500,000. I assume no responsibility for damages incurred after the vehicle leaves my possession. Any shipping arrangements provided by me is strictly done as a courtesy. I am not affiliated with any carrier. Any claims or other communication regarding shipment of vehicles will be between you and the "Carrier" and not with me. You are welcome to come and pick the vehicle up as long as it is within 15 days after full payment has been made. If more time is needed, there will be a $35 daily storage charge unless other arrangements are made.
