Up for auction is a 1967 Galaxie 500, 289 automatic 2 doorGreat project for restoration, resto-mod or make some minor repairs and have fun driveing it.Selling it for a friend who decided he's too busy for a project. Or his wife did not sureThis car will sell so give it your best bid
The Good:Car runs and drives great,no smoke, Looks to be all original, over all the body is in decent shape its straight, floors look good, All of the chrome trim is there,the interior is in great shape, has a brand new $700 front to back custom exhaust with magnaflow mufflers.new radiator and hoses,engine is clean.
The poor: Car has the normal rust and rot of a 40 year old unrestored car, (see pictures)needs motor mounts, new brakes,driveable but will need drums, shoes and cylinders.tires are probably 15 years old so the will need to go.Passenger fender dented on top, fixable but new is prob better.its missing two hub caps,dash pad cracked,this car is driveable but I wouldn't plan on driving it home unless your local.This is more of a Project car but with some bodywork and paint, brakes tirescould be a really fun car.
