1964 Ford Fairlane

1964 Fairlane: Very tidy. Excellent driver. Brand new 2000 dollar interior, carpet, led dash upgrade, led courtesy lights, new wide white wall tires, new wheel cylinders, new master cylinder, new shocks, new aluminum radiator, vc gasket, rebuilt carb, brand new header and exhaust with a flowmaster 40 and 2.5 inch piping, new fuel tank, fuel lines, fuel pump, filter, recent oil change and a buck of other jazz I can't remember. Dean is a good one. Stops straight and smooth with minimal effort. Suspension is nice and tight. Moves when you want him to and gets pretty good mileage. He does not smoke or burn oil. Doesn't leak or have weird electrical issues. Sounds like a 302 and handles quietly and wonderfully but is 52 years old so here's what needs fixing. The front bumper is off and in my garage. The trim is off as it was being buffed and repainted. The car has some small rust spots but nothing heavy and there is a seal on the trans that is seeping and making the trans stay in first when it's cold. Other than that, this vehicle is a cheap paint job away from showroom. Thats the truth. Black plates and registered till August. No smog needed.
