Hi.My 1954 Ford Monarch has:power steering, new paint, new chrome, new upholstery except for the headliner, new floor covering, new exhaust with headers, new brakes(drums, shoes, wheel cylinders and some lines), new upper and lower ball joints, recent front end alignment, excellent tires, new carburetor, Craiger mags, state of the art radio that looks original.
This is the original 239 cubic inch V8 3 speed automatic; the first overhead V8 that Ford made.I was told that the engine and transmission were rebuilt and that the odometer was turned back to zero at that time. I have no reason to disbelieve this.It now has 2417 miles on the odometer. This car is clean and solid underneath and still has the original undercoating although it is peeling in places. Rear fender skirts are included.
