You are bidding on a 1942 Ford truckCOE it has a short wheel base with an 8' dump bed. this COE is pretty much complete and in really good shape with very little rust. The motor is a flat head 59ab motor with a 4 speed trans and a two speed rear end and is complete with the original air cleaner and radiator.All the tires are in very good shape and this ran and drove 12 years ago and motor turn over good,so it would not take much to get it running again very little. This is one of the most complete COE's I have ever seen and not all beet up like most, also one owner sense 1949 and then his son took it over and it was stored in a barn out of the weather. All the gauges are in good shape, both front seats are very nice and not missing anything but mirrors and both side roll up windows are cracked but theback glass is good and both front windshields are in good shape. Steering wheel is not cracked and in good shape all the head lights are good, front nose is good and the front bumper is also very good. The stainless on the front grill has some little dings but that can be fixed easily, this is a very good solid starting point for a great hot rod or custom truck.Very hard to find a 42 Ford COE and in good condition so don't let this one pass you by,this is for sale locally and I reserve the right to end this auction at any time and I will sell to people over seas and in all other countries and can help with shipping but will not pay for shipping thanks
