1978 Ford F-150
Previous owner started a frame off restoration several years ago. It has a fresh rebuilt 460, bored .030 over, with flat top pistons. Also has DOVE heads, roller rockers, Edlebrock intake, 750 Holley carb and HEI distributor. Truck also has fenderwell exit headers andmagnaflow mufflers.Also has new aluminum radiator w/ electric fan and thermostat controller. It has all new Autometer gauges. The trucks runs and drives. The transmission is a granny low 4 speed with a 205 transfer case. Front axle is a Dana 44 and the rear is a Ford 9''. The truck rides on 39.5-15 x 15 Super Swampers with nearly new tread, and 15x10 aluminum wheels. The brakes all work and I have recently replaced themaster cylinder, rear brake shoes andwheel cylinders. The frame was sand blasted and epoxy painted, and hasall new brake lines,The suspension isall new, with 6'' lift coils and new leaf springs. The truck has a new fuel tank and fuel lines. The body and paint on the truck still look pretty good. The previous owner did cut a large hole in the roof, ( see interior pic) which has caused rust damage. THE CAB WILL NEED A NEW ROOF if you are going to restore it. All of the work done by previous owner is 4-5 years old, but the truck sat under canopy, un touched. The truck is very solid, and would be a great candidate for restoration.
Disregard the goofy exhaust pipe in the first pic, I was screwing with my wife about putting sidepipes on the truck and keeping it. (you can have them if you buy the truck)
