Description:

1972 Ford Ranchero GT

I have a 1972 Ranchero GT with a BIG BLOCK in it! There were a little over 12,000 Ranchero GTs built in 1972 but not many were 429 equipped. There were a lot of 302 and 351 equipped Ranchero GTs built included in that number. If anyone has that info I would appreciate having it! I think this one is 205 horsepower.

Shehas power steering and brakes, actory A/C and factory, n dash, ach! Just 100,300 miles believed to be genuine miles.

The body has rust in the hood and left door. There is a little under the hood where the inner fender and the firewall meet. That is about it. None anywhere else. This is the original paint.

The previous owner must have sideswiped something. It bent the driver's side door and quarter but not too badly. Then he tried to be "Joe Body Man" and smeared Bondo all over. Most of it is peeling off. The title is marked "salvage" probably because of this fender bender.

The interior is inferior! It looks like a Lion used to live in there and chewed it up. I had an estimate of $1500 for a brand new, actory correct, nterior. Carpet, oor panels, eat and headliner, nstalled. That sounds reasonable.

The old gal fires right up, uns and drives well but could use a tune up. The trans and brakes work great.

The tires are decent and the battery is good.

The registration expired last month but has a current "non op" status at the California DMV. No back fees due and no smog inspection required!

I have a low profile camper shell for her too.

I am located in Southern California 90 miles North of Santa Barbara and 10 miles South of Pismo Beach, ust off of the 101 freeway.

Please call or textme at 805 550 8502 with any questions.

I am not too interested in trades as I need the cash to restore my 1956 Chevy Bel Air convertible.

Blessings! Dana
