This car has been regularly driven and kept up meticulously. You will be hard pressed to find a more correct or better running and driving Ford Model T than this car. This one is special. The gentleman that owns this car has had it for many years. He purchase the car from the widow of a decades-long loving owner in Oklahoma. This 1915 Ford Model T Roadster has never been offered for sale on the internet until now, ere on Ebay. The Brass Era (1896-1915) was a period in early automotive manufacturing when brass was used for features such as radiators, amps and fittings. The exterior of this "Tin Lizzie" showcases Henry Ford steel throughout. This has always been a dry climate Model T and it shows. The frame is especially in great condition with no pitting, testament to the dry climate status of this special "T". The door is on the passenger side. There is no driver's side door, resumably for safety purposes in this open roadster. The dash showcases beautiful & correct components from the ignition box and switch to the headlamp control and fuel adjustment. The steering wheel, uel and spark adjustments are all intact and functional. The steering itself is good on this Model T, e sure to play our video. This car can achieve approximately 40mph. The upholstery is just beautiful and correct. These ribbed pedals are unique to the 1915 model year "T". The brass radiator is in excellent condition. The hand crank is fully operational and easy to operate (See Video). 1915 would be the 1st year for electric headlights, unctional on this "T" as well. The Brown manufacturing company makes the brass headlight surrounds as well as the front oil lamps. The tail lamp is in excellent condition are are the front lamps, ll correct components. There is even an Old Timer license plate, necessity for this 100 year old plus automobile. The top assembly is believed original to this car, ut there is no way to prove this. It is very old and intact. The side curtains are rolled up and stored under the seat, n excellent condition. The fuel tank is also in excellent condition, etaining the correct threaded brass fuel cap. Also, ll of the wood in this Model T is in excellent condition. The engine is original to this car and matching the brass passenger compartment plate (818189) This car was built June 11th, 915 at approximately 1 in the afternoon. Look closely at the stamping and production plate. I also want to reiterate that this is a fine running automobile. You can hear the cylinders hit correctly at idle and you cannot make this car knock or smoke. Also the concrete garage where the car is stored is dry underneath. The engine is not leaking. This car does not sit for long periods unattended. It has been taken out and driven with regularity. The owner is 75 years old and has been a Model T enthusiast for many years. This particular Model T is the pinnacle of his "T" ownership. A move is forcing the sale. Whomever acquires this car will be very pleased. She is a keeper and hard to pick on.
