You are looking at a 1949 Ford Kustom Tudor a Real Hot Rod Kustom! This amazing 60's built Shoebox, rives and stops very well. It has been on several long distances trips up and down the coast and to Kansas and back. It has a strong Olds 350 V8 engine with a new Edelbrock carburetor, reat on gas. Optima Red Top Battery, 2 volt wiring, EI Distributor electronic ignition, 0 amp Delco Alternator. High flow oil filter. The Aluminum radiator keeps the engine cool, ew upper and lower hoses, ith overflow tank. Throaty straight pipe dual glasspack exhaust exits the rear. Sounds great.
This 49 Ford has the right "Kustom Kulture Look" The body is straight and solid, hot in Purple House of Colors Candy in a "Watson Style" panel job. Lots of body modifications- Chopped 4" in the front 6" in the rear, hanneled 4", ectioned 1.5", osed, eaked, ecked, haved, 6 Chevy wheel wells, renched headlights/tailights, nd molded 1953 Bel Air grill. 1958 Galaxy Grill inserts w/ 120 vintage Cal Customs Spider Bullets. Teardrop flush mount rear skirts. 58 Impala third brake light molded to roof. Relocated gas filler in the trunk. The automatic shifter on the Cadillac tilt column selects the gears on the smooth shifting Automatic Transmission.
Its got that great "Traditional 60's Kustom" look. Newer Diamond Back 14" Wide White Wall Radial Tires and Steelie rims with 1961 Mercury Stainless Caps. This Coupe has many new and upgraded parts!

Very solid floors, he trunk had new panels installed and was painted in a red oxide when replaced. Cool looking car with lots of custom body work done over the years starting in the 70s.
