1966 Ford Thunderbird

ESTATE SALE. My father passed away and we are not able to keep his vehicle. This car was purchased in 1978 and my father was the 2nd owner. Please excuse the pictures as I took them prior to the car being cleaned up. This car is currently in an enclosed storage unit in Colorado Springs, O. My dad had the car restored in the 1990's and I am able to provide original paperwork for this as well as most everything else that has been done.

This car is Maroon/Burgundy in color with a white landau top. The interior is white vinyl with maroon carpet. The interior is in good condition. The front seats and door panel has seam splits. The dash is good with no cracks. The body,paint and metal is very good. The radio antenna is aFord but not a Thunderbird. There are correct wheel skirts included but not on. The truck has had some metal workdone and was done well. The spare and jack are present. The tires are white wall with aftermarket aluminum wheels. The bumpers and trim are in good condition. All the glass is original except windshield which has no cracks. It has power windows and doors. It also has an 8 track player and we are willing to throw in the Elvis 8 track that is there!

The engine is a 428 4B Auto trans with power brakes and steering. We are pretty sure the A/C works but would most likely needs recharged. The engine compartment has been painted black but looks good.The transmission was rebuilt. It starts and runs well with no smoke. (At this time it has not been started or driven since November 2014). It has the correct original air cleaner. All the engine accessories are original. The drive train is good. The interior could use some attention due to sitting for so long.
