Thanks for looking at my listing for my classic 1970 FIAT 500 F. I have posted over 40 pictures of my car so please scroll down to view all of them.
I purchased this car in Randazzo, CATANIA, Italy over three years ago. The gentlemen that owned the car was a faculty member of the medical department at the University of Catania. The parking sticker remains on the windshield as shown in some of the pictures. The previous owner was also a member of the Automobile Club of Italy and a sticker showing that remains on the rear window as shown in one of the pictures. The previous owner babied this car and it shows. I as well always pampered this little FIAT. Always garaged and never driven in the rain.
The FIAT 500 get's compliments wherever I go. It's a very reliable little car. Runs excellent. Starts every time. The odometer reads 44,460 kilometers which is 27,626 miles. The two cylinder 500 cc engine has never let me down. 4 speed transmission functions as it should. The FIAT just went through tune-up so it has a new distributor cap, spark plugs, new spark plug wires and air filter. The fuel tank was emptied and sent out for a cleaning and seal. Fuel tank was also painted. Carburetor was cleaned. A new fuel sending unit was installed as well. All work performed by my classic car mechanic. It's ready to enjoy.
The white and black color combination is one of my favorites on a FIAT 500. The paint is in excellent condition. It has a beautiful shine to it. The car was not a trailer Queen so there are a few nicks and touched up area which I show in some of the pictures. The little FIAT is definitely a looker.
The interior is beautiful. Black vinyl interior in excellent condition as shown in the pictures. The 500 is very comfortable inside. Please look at all the interior pictures I have posted so you can see it's condition. There is one area on the inside of the driver's seat which is torn unfortunately and I showed it in one of the pictures. The 500 has seat belts. I had a JVC cd stereo player installed in a custom below dash mounting housing. I also had a usb port added and three charging connections under the receiver installed. Looks very clean. The receiver also has a remote and a total of 4 speakers and even has a hands free microphone.
The black convertible top is in great condition. I believe there is one little repaired area on it but repaired very well in Italy. The top is completely functional.
Original glass is in great condition.
All lights work.
All windows function.
Tires are in great condition.
All trim is intact.
Bumpers are beautiful.
The driver and passenger doors lock with one key. The engine compartment has it's own key.
Brakes work as they should. Parking brake works.
Windshield wipers work.
This little FIAT comes with it's original jack, tool kit and spare bulbs with case.
The FIAT 500 is registered in my name and tags are paid till April 2021.
