Dallas Motor Club is pleased to offer this SUPER ORIGINAL, ONE OWNER Fiat Spider 124 1000 Sport.

This Fiat Spider is a ONE OWNER car with service records from new. Not very often does something as original as this come up for sale. We have service records from new on this car, original window sticker, invoice and manuals and more. This is a perfect Fiat to cosmetically restore, while still enjoying it on the weekend. Mechanically, she runs and drives as it should.

Our client bought this car in 1974 when he was living in CA. He bought it due to the gas crisis to have something that was a little less "guzzling" then his GTO. It was his primary car until the late 70s. He located to TX in 1978 where the car was "retired" to a weekend toy before we recently acquired it from him.

Finished in the original shade of Orange Red, the paint appears to be original but has been touched up in various places. As in any original 45 year old car, chips and dings are visible and all trim is present including the factory hubcaps and trim rings. The convertible top and top boot are in great condition.

Power comes from a 1600cc twin cam 4-cylinder linked to a 5-speed manual transmission.

The Fiat is showing just over 121,XXX pampered miles and the car has had a top end rebuild of the engine around 100K miles. The car had a recent tune up and runs and drives great. Car starts easily, idles smooth and goes through the gears with ease and no smoking. A very solid, rust free Fiat that is sure to make the new owner happy.

This Fiat will be sold with a clean TX title, past service records, original invoice and window sticker, manuals, books, and more.

Disclosures:

• As in any 45 year old original and unrestored vehicle there will be imperfections on the exterior and interior and some things may not work as they did when they were new. Please review photos and ask questions.

• The drivers door has a crease due to something be shut in it years ago. It was repaired to be opened and shut and works perfect, but would need some body work done to remove the small crease.

DEPOSITS:

Deposits to hold vehicles is $500. Upon payment of the $500 deposit, the vehicle will be held for 72 hours pending final payment. Deposits are non-refundable due to i). the vehicles are taken off the market and we turn down other buyers during the 72 hour period and ii). there is significant re-marketing costs associated with relisting / remarketing our vehicles. Inspections should be performed prior to putting a deposit down on a vehicle.

INSPECTIONS:

We encourage inspections. We disclose known defects and imperfections but we are not you. Purchasing a vehicle is very subjective. Come visit our showroom in Dallas, TX, we would love to meet you in person! We require inspections to be done prior to putting down a deposit.

SHIPPING:

We recommend having our in house shipping team facilitate the transport of your new vehicle. We can handle all shipping arrangements in-house, so you know where your vehicle is from point 'A' to point 'B'. All of our carriers are licensed, insured and bonded.

In state buyers (Texas) will be charged state and local taxes, title, registration, vehicle inventory tax. All buyers will be charged a $200 documentation fee.
