1972 Fiat 500 (The original Micro car)
Restored in Italy
I have an antiquity company in the middle of Texas. We specialize in fine antiques and collectibles.Once in a while my customers turn in a classic automobile or motorcycle.
This is one of those items:
This beautiful classic Fiat 500 was part of a dear friend’s collection. The car had a complete ground up restoration in Italy (Via Fornace, Province of Como, Italy). Please refer to the picture of the car under restoration. The car was brought to the U.S. and my friend put very few miles on it for the last two years. He decided to depart with it as he is now leaving the country.
The car looks like brand new and runs perfect.Theonlything thatwas doneto it in the lastfew months was an oil and filterchange(mobile1),newbattery,andfour brandnew Michelin tires that we specialordered fromEurope.
The car comes with its original 2 cylinder engine and 4 speed transmission.Even though the car is micro sized, a six foot person (such as myself) can sit in it very comfortably as you can stretch your legs all the way under the dashboard.
The car has an original white pushback vinyl sunroof, and it also has an extra sunroof in black.
The owner loved and adored this car, and purchased many new parts for the future just in case he would need them while in the U.S.We estimate that just the cost of all these new parts to be over $3,000.Even though these new parts are not needed for this car right now, they give one comfort that parts will be on hand if and when needed. All these new parts will go with the car and will not be sold separately.
All the documentation for the car is done, and has a clear Texas title. In my opinion, this is one of the cleanest classic Fiat 500 that I have ever seen.
All the inspections must be done before the auction closes.
Remember that this classic sport car is 46 years old. Please remember that things always look better in pictures. So you are more than welcome to come see it in person.

We require a $300 non-refundable deposit immediately after the bidding closes and the remaining balance within a week.Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. The car will be sold as is, with no warranty or guarantee.
