Vehicle Overview Exotic Motors Midwest is pleased to offer this stunning 1989 Ferrari F40. This eurospec F40 has spent most of its life in Japan and was brought stateside in late 2015. The Japanese owner had aftermarket wheels on the car during his entire ownership, but kept the original F40 wheels; which now show completely as new as they have not been used. When the previous owner purchased the car, he had it shipped to Italy where he commissioned a full engine out service. He also elected to have it painted by Ferrari's paint shop- Zanasi (Zanasigroup.com)due to stone chips from use.
All work was started at the beginning of 2015, and completed by the end of 2015. The car was then shipped to Ferrari of Beverly Hills for a final inspection prior to our client taking delivery. When Ferrari of Beverly Hills inspected the vehicle, they advised our client to put a new clutch in the car. He agreed, and they completed the work.
Fast forward to now. Our client kept the car in his possession for about three years. Once he elected to sell the car, we shipped it to its current location; our dealership in St. Louis Missouri. We have recently completed a full engine out major service; the car has been gone through from top to bottom, receiving all new bushings, belts, fluids and filters. The car now has new paint, wheels, clutch, and a fresh service. It runs and drives spectacularly. The car is also "Classiche Certified" and comes with the red book.Trades are always welcome.
