This is the same car/kit used in the Miami Vice TV show except this is MUCH nicer! This car was built on a very very low mile 1978 Corvette in the mid 80's and then shipped to florida where it stayed most of its life. About 5 years (about 2000 miles ago) the car had a body on restoration, beautiful new, new Ferrari emblems, new chrome wire wheels, new Perrellitires, even NEW OLD STOCK Ferrari lens were installed!!! The exterior is Beautiful!! This one even has vacuum operatedheadlight doors!! The interior looks as real as a Ferrari replica can look it even has just enough patina to make it look authentic, everything is wrapped in leather or vinyl and beautifully stitched (dash, center console, door sills, kick panels, pillar posts, sun visorsetc), has ferrari seats, VDO Gauges (they all works EVEN THE CLOCK), Correct looking climatecontrols, hidden radio the list goes on and on. The soft top frame was even removed and restored and a brand new cloth soft top was installed (works like any production car just fold it up and down and latch it). The car was just serviced and sounds, runs and drives beautifully! The lights work, the signals works the horn (Ferrari horn) works, the power windows work, the wipers work etc!!
