1980 Ferrari 308 GTSI No Reserve

This car has been in my storage for four years. I do not know its history before that. I have not tried to start it. It is NOT RUNNING. I determined it does not have 12V to the fuel pump. This is an opportunity for a Ferrari enthusiast to bring it back to life. The engine turns over fine. Both timing belts are visible and intact. This car deserves some proper maintenance before you get it running . This car has rust in the door skins and rear quarters as pictured. Replacement panels are available. Rockers are not rusty. Interior worn. Body Has signs of being repainted. Wheels are decent. I have both keys and the spare tire not pictured. I did not find tools or manuals.
