hello, I have for sale this great classic car. this is a 1960 edsel ranger four door hardtop. 1960 models were short produced to start with, but there were only 135 four door hardtops built. there were to trim packages that were available, 57a and 57b. this car has the 57a interior. 57a is standard interior and count for 104 of the cars built. 57b was the deluxe interior and counts for 31 of the cars built. this car was a barn find in southern ohio. barn was full of vintage automobiles. car has been stored for a long time. has a rear license plate from Missouri. car is a soild restoration project. car does not run or drive. the pros, car is over all pretty solid. will need rockers and quarters done. has a very solid floor. there are three spots in the floor to point out. one on the right front floor (pictured), right rear floor next to drive shaft tunnel (pictured) and in the trunk by the rear bod panel (pictured). all are minor and repairable. front windshield and both front door glasses are cracked. interior is original and would need restoration. the pros. car is overall solid. chrome and stainless trim are in very good original condition for it age. doors are in nice shape and not rusted out. surface rust only. frame is solid. this is a great classic car and a rare one at that. vehicle is being sold as a restoration project as-is.
