1970 Dodge Super Bee. All steel body except the steel hood has a fiberglass scoop that has been cut and installed years ago (fiberglass is cracking) engine is a 440 that was rebuilt and has very low miles but has been sitting for about 7 years. The engine has a Holley carb, headers, and was built for pump gas. I do not have any paperwork for the rebuild. The trans is a 4 speed but the car was originally a 383 with an automatic and was converted over to a 4 speed at some point. Rear end I believe to be a 8 3/4 with posi traction the gear ratio is unknown. Car has a full 3 inch dual exhaust system but does not run. Car will have to be completely gone through (brakes, some wiring where the rats chewed through it in the engine compartment, and some suspension work) The dash and floor boards are in excellent condition. There is a small area on the floorboards behind the driver seat that was patched and an area on the firewall on the passenger side that was also patched. I would recommend installing a new roof skin, I removed about a 1/4 of bondo across the top of the roof and then painted it black so it wouldn’t rust. It’s dented up quite a bit up there but a new outter skin will make it perfect. The original vin tag on the dash is in tact and the vin numbers are stamped on the core support however the inner fender tag is missing unfortunately. This car would make a great driver or a nice restomod but not a numbers matching car because the original engine, trans and fender tag are gone. The paint on the car is old and has a lot of flaws, driver quality but definitely not show quality. The Bee has a clean CA title and is on non op in California DMV data base.
