for auction is a 100% original 1979 Dodge Power Wagon W-150 4X4 with factory Snow Commander plow package. Truck has 38,283 original miles since new. This is a 3 owner truck that was garaged most of its life and only used to plow a private driveway. Truck is equipped with a 318 V8, 2 barrel, automatic transmission, full time four wheel drive, power steering, power brakes, two tone paint, sliding rear window, receiver trailer hitch, factory 71/2 meyer power angle plow that operates flawlessly. Truck has an factory radio that works . Truck has the original spare tire mounted in the bed. has four brand new. Correct 7 x 15 tires Truck fluids have been flushed and replaced, new battery, tires, brakes, calipers, wheel cylinders, brakes lines, fuel sending unit, carb rebuilt and exhaust all within the last couple of years. Truck retains most of it’s original paint however, I believe below the door moldings around the truck has been redone at one time. . The paint is in decent overall condition considering its a 42 years old truck. Truck is extremely solid with minor surface rust but its not rusted through the exception of passenger side, side, front fender behind the tire, has some very small holes I believe you can see in the pictures. other front fender behind the tire has some light bubbling of rust.. Most of these old snow, commanders are rotted right to the top of the bed by now or we’re crushed along time ago .The undercarriage has surface rust but is solid throughout. truck was coded with fluid film in 2022 The original interior is in very nice overall condition, has a new carpet. Floors were inspected when carpet was replaced and they are also solid. Truck runs and drives flawlessly and it can be driven any distance with confidence. The four wheel drive operate properly as well as lights and gauges. . This is a real find that has never been molested in any way! ! Truck is a old school that is a true pleasure to driven. it gets attention anytime its taken out. the absolute only reason I am selling this truck is I am moving and I will not have the space for it. I basically use this truck to go to the dump in the summer and plow my driveway. Other than that it is never been driven in the winter since I’ve had it.
