1979 Dodge Lil Red Express truck 360/727
1979 Dodge Other Pickups Little Red Express package
This is a 1979 Dodge Lil Red Express truck...needing to be saved. It has red exterior with all factory LRE decals and black vinyl interior with correct bucket/buddy seats, which will clean up very nicely. I considered removing them for one of my other trucks and might still do that if it doesn't sell for right price. Truck obviously does not run, but will with some effort.
It does appear to be the original 360 and 727. Air cleaner was missing when I got it, but it all appears to be original parts on this truck. Exhaust stack shields are missing, too. The truck needs extensive body repair, more than I would ever be able to handle myself. As such, I am selling it needing to be fully restored OR use it for parts. Frame has a bad spot on driver side that would need patched, but that's the only frame issue.
Expect to touch everything on this truck to bring it back to road worthiness. I don't want to misrepresent it as it needs a lot of work, but it can be saved. Obviously, must be towed from here.
Options: This is an A/C delete truck. However, it has the special LRE package items still here. It comes as shown AS-IS.
No title, but was titled in New York last and you CAN get one. I go through the Vermont loophole when I have needed titles, so, you have that option, too. If you're not familiar with the Vermont vehicle title process, you can Google it. It's all there in clear instructions.
