Description:

1970 Dodge Coronet

This has to be one of the most documented, fully restored,1970 Coronet 500 in existence. The history of my 1970 Dodge Coronet 500,VIN#WP23N0A223653. One of 620 Coronet 500 2 door hardtop, automatic w/Big Block 4 barrel.

Three owner history of the car:

1.1970 – 2019 The original owners bought this car in 1970 an owned it for 49 years

a.From 2009-2012 they had a professional restoration done

b.When the original 383 failed they replaced it with a correct year 440

2.2019 – 2023 The car was sold to the owner of the restoration shop that serviced the Coronet when the original owner became ill.

3.2023-2023 I became the 3rd owner of this car in 2023

The original owners bought this car new May 5, 1970 from University Dodge in Durham, NC. I have all the original paperwork, including original invoice, original window sticker, build sheet, warranty documentation, owner’s manual, copies of state inspections, receipts from restoration, etc. The loan was paid off on June 29,1973 and I have that documentation as well. They original owners had a frame up restoration done in 2009 and 2012. The original owner became ill and they decided to sell it to the gentleman who serviced and took are of the car. He did all the service work on the car and when it was time for it to go, they wanted him to own it. In June of 2023 I finished a 2 year restoration of the 2006 Elliott Sadler #19 NASCAR Dodge Charger. He wanted to get into NASCAR Vintage Racing so we came to an agreement. That is the history of my 1970 Dodge Coronet 500.

The only issue with the car is the windshield wipers and that will corrected be before delivery.

A modern air conditioner unit was installed, but I have the original.

I currently run 93 octane with an octane boost additive.

I have many more photos and videos of the car. I did include the restoration photos.

I highly recommend that you have the vehicle inspected.

I have 100% positive feedback on EBAY and you should as well. I am also selling this outside Ebay and reserve the right to end the auction early
