Complete, minus the rear seat and carb. All the convertible specific trim and panels are there and in good shape. Dash is nice, all glass is good. Even the conv top is in surprisingly good shape. Quarters behind wheel wells and cowl have rust, as does the area that comes off the subframe behind the dr front wheel well, but there’s a rust free cowl section that comes with it and the parts car has good sheet metal to replace it. Floors, rockers and rear trunk floor are very solid. (See pics)
