1970 Dodge Challenger

non numbers matching 1970 Dodge Challenger SE vin# JH29L0B. this car came to me as just a shell. no drivetrain, almost no interior. I built a car that I would enjoy driving and had a certain look. its road worthy and passes missouri safety inspection. the title is clean.

The good stuff

its a very solid car. i put in a new floor, trunk pan, and upper cowl
all the wiring is new front to back including the dash harness (over $1000 in new wiring. all the gauges and switches work
rebuilt 318 with .030 over pistions, new cam, edelbrock carb, headers, high volume oil pump, new distributor, wires, plugs, etc.
rebuilt 904 transmission with shift kit and new torque converterrebuilt 8.75 486 rearend with new 3:55 gears with suregrip (burn that rubber)
new leafsprings, shocks, all bushings front and back
new brakes, rotors (front), drums (rear), brake lines, all brake hardware, calipers, ebrake cables, anything brake related
new fuel tank (redcoated internally to seal for lifetime, new fuel tube, new fuel linesnew complete rallye wheels with new cooper cobra 15x7 tiresnew front and rear bumpersnew mufflers and exhaust tips ( i didnt run exhaust to the rear so i never installed the tips. it has turndowns under car)new carpet and rear seats where redone. front seats are out of a chrysler sebring. i wanted electric and more comfortablenew headliner (not the SE type. the standard challenger type) new rear interior panels.new front sway bar. (i have a new rear sway bar but i never installed it. you will get that also)new aluminum radiatornew heater corenew weatherstripping around doors and trunki'm sure there is other new stuff i forgot


The bad
the paint job is cheap and not the best.
no a/c. originally an a/c car but didnt come with anything a/c under hood. the heater controls do work.
i do have the original fender tag but i'm having trouble locating it at the moment
