Vehicle Details1987 Dakota 2wd, first year of production. Starts/runs/drives/stops well. Carbureted 2.2 4-cylinder (k-car engine), 5 speed manual transmission. In pretty good shape overall, seat and carpet in good shape, dash cracked, I have a new driver side rocker and cab corner that comes with the truck. Bed has only a couple small spots over wheel well. Cruise control, no AC from factory, manual steering (I had the rack professionally rebuilt, but it either need some more break in or some adjustment). Overall, just a nice old truck that I have taken many steps to improve or preserve. This is one you can certainly drive daily while you finish it. If it doesn’t sell I will do the bodywork and paint it, but really I just have too many vehicles right now.
