Upon agreeing to purchase a vehicle, a $500.00 non-refundable deposit must be made within 2 business days. Upon placing a deposit, the buyer agrees to pay the remaining balance due, including all applicable fees/taxes, prior to delivery of the vehicle. The full payment for a vehicle must be made in 3 business days. Please have your funds and/or financing prepared within this 3 day period. The vehicle will not be released until full payment is made and cleared.

Being an indoor facility, we welcome all customers to pick-up their vehicles. For out-of-state clients, we are happy to make arrangements to have you picked up at Newark Liberty International Airport. Please contact us in advance.
If you are unable to pick-up your vehicle in person, we are glad to assist in arranging transportation within the Lower 48 United States. Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs, of which are generally satisfied in a COD manner directly to the transporter, upon delivery of the vehicle. We do our best to ensure a safe and timely delivery, however; European Auto Wholesalers, LTD. cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen delays beyond our control.
We do not represent or imply our vehicles to be legally compliant for exportation purposes outside of the United States. Buyers who chose to export their vehicle are responsible for procuring, arranging, and completing exportation transportation.
All vehicles listed are offered through multiple advertising sources for both nationwide and local customers; as such we reserve the right to end a listing or auction at any time. Due to the nature of our constantly changing inventory, vehicle pricing and availability is subject to change without notice; please contact us directly.
Deposits will only be accepted at the discretion of the seller with the purpose of agreeing to purchase a vehicle. The intent of the deposit is to provide a buyer with a reasonable timeframe to arrange funds/financing, inspection, etc. Under no circumstances will deposits be accepted under the pretense of a holding a car for consideration or thinking about purchasing it. All deposits are refundable only at the seller's discretion.
All sales will include a $379.00 documentation fee added to the final purchase price, which includes a temporary tag/registration when applicable, motor vehicle documents, and all miscellaneous expenses, which may include clerical fees, notary fees, and FedEx mail costs. This documentation fee also includes profit to the dealership.
Pricing does not include Title, License, Registration Fees, State/Local Taxes, or Processing Fees. Out-of-state customers are responsible for satisfying tax, title, license, documentation, and registration fees associated with their home state at their local Department of Motor Vehicles.
