1946 Dodge pick-up rat rod,complete restoration,1939-47

1946 Dodge Other Pickups WC 1/2 ton

1946 Dodge WC 1/2 ton pick-up.Body is pretty solid,but dented,I left it like that for the ''Rat Rod'' look.Hand painted with tractor enamel,hot rod black look.Two side windows are cracked,speedo not connected and needle is off,but there.Rust holes in one of the frame cross-overs,but I don't think it is compromised.Everything underneath has been POR 15ed. A couple of holes in the floor of the cab have been patched Needs one stake pocket added on[included].Ok,now for the good stuff. Original flathead completeprofessional rebuild with receipts[3500.00 cost]New cam,new up graded oil pump,Offenhauser dual intake with 2 rebuilt Carter 1 barrels,headers,new dual Smitty exhaust.5 speed T5 with overdrive from a Chevy S10,new drive shaft,clutch.12 volt conversion with new vintage style wiring harness.Front end rebuilt with new tie rod ends,king pins andprofessional alignment.New rubber,brakes.Original bench seat reupholstered,new electric wiper motors.Nice Mopar heater,not hooked up. Gas tankprofessionally sealed inside and out,new sending unit.New bed kit including the metal strips and ash wood.Great driver,leave it like it is or do the body work for a beautiful truck.1939-47 were basically the same trucks.About 16K into it,not including my labor.
