1974 Dodge Charger

I'm selling a 1974 Dodge Charger. This is the last year of the great american muscle car with the 1975-1978 cars all forgoing the performance options in favor of more luxury designs before the line was completely discontinued by Dodge. It has the original V8 engine with 318 cid and matching number transmission. I just replaced the starter with a brand new one but the motor won't turn over. My suspicion is that the flywheel is bad.
The body and interior both need to be restored, including treating the rust that developed over time. This car has been sitting for over twenty years based on paperwork that lists it as non-operational in California.
