1970 Dodge Charger

Every once in awhile I have to sell one of my projects to put funds into a current one, so here is one I'm willing to let go. The car needs very minimal work to be a daily driver, the original owner said he parked it as the transmission started to go bad. Since it has been sitting i was going to go thru the fuel system, brake system, install new engine harness, swap trans with a fresh one I have and drive it but my other chargers are in need of funds first so here is someone's chance to get a rare highly optioned 1970 big block 383 numbers Charger with power windows, cruise control, a/c, power steering, power brakes, fm radio, woodgrain wheel, light package, 6 way adjustable driver seat, rear defrost, rocker molding, wheel lip molding, luggage rack, passenger mirror, dual exhaust magnum 4bbl car that is all original.
I'm not gonna bullshit the car or hype it up like many others selling theirs. The car is what it is...now this is not a barn find but it is kinda similar. Was in an elderly mans garage who swore he was gonna be burried with this car. It sat in his garage for many years and he did take care of it and kept it all original. The car is almost a time capsule never of been modified except for a factory type replacement Holley carb, but the original carb is with the car. I don't know when but the car has had one repaint in its life and they did a good job. I'm sure the repaint was to fix the lower driver quarter and rear valance as it had been repaired from possibly a minor fender bender. The lower quarter patch as started to split from where they seamed it. Other than that the body is good and looks all original. The interior is all there minus the horn button pad. The front seats, carpet, front door panels and headliner will need replaced, everything else is good. Just out of curiosity I stuck a battery in it and the power windows still work along with all the electrical and lighting. The engine was a runner when parked and still spins over, I have not tried to start it as I have the car sitting in a friends barn in North Dakota and I'm in Las Vegas. We found the car in North Dakota. That being said and people probably thinking ohh...it's a rust bucket, it definitely is not. It is a really solid car that was taken care of and not driven during the winter as u can see in the pics which sorry I don't have more, these are all I took when I was there a few weeks ago. Only rust I've seen on it is that patch area that was repaired on the lower driver quarter. The underside is rock solid but just has the typical patina surface rust that a wire wheel would take off. A simple quarter patch and a blend paint job of the area and it's a great looking car all around. Now if this doesn't sell as-is I will be dragging this home to vegas and doing the work it needs to be that driver quality car I mentioned and then re-listing for obviously more money. If you have any questions call 7027213635 and I will do the best I can to answer them. Just keep in mind the car is at a friends half way across the country so I can't just go look at what you would like to know more about. The car will be towed home right after this auction ends if not sold. My name is Chris. I have the YouTube channel "Junkerup" I have a short video I did on the car when I was there last and I will post it up right after I list this ad.
The reserve is at 26,000 to get that question out of the way and please do not bid if you have no intention on buying the car, these listings are not free. I will drop it to 25k with cash in person and I will fly to the cars location with The clear title in my name to hand over.
