One Owner . In High school I was a Lot Boy / Detail guy and the manager at Reseda Dodge sold this car to my Mother at invoice cost. It was her daily driver until she got a new Ford in 1989.
After that, it was in the garage and used as a spare car until she asked me to store it on my property in 1998. Since then it spent several years in my garage and stored in desert climate for about 25 years.
So the, altogether, in garages = about 37 years.Stored outdoors 8 years.
I have not started it up or driven in about 10 -12 years. But It was running back then. I do not recommend attempting to drive it until a professional mechanic cleans the dirt out.But, the oil is still clean ! No catalytic converter.All original survivor.
This car is intact and equipped as it came in 1973. Like a time capsule ! The hubcaps are in the trunk.
There is minimal surface rust in trunk.No rust on floor pan.No rust on frame.Light surface rust on trunk.Zero rust in wheel wells.Absolute minimal on rocker panels.Surface rust forming on roof where there was a vinyl top.
