1969 Dodge Coronet R/T

1969 Dodge Coronet R/T 440 CID. This car is what I would call somewhat stock looking on the outside and the interior but that's about it. I know this is not the right color for this year but it was supposed to be my son's car but things have changed. I believe the original color was red. I'm lucky if it gets fifty miles a year on it in the last ten years. I'm tired of paying insurance and plates on it and hardly ever gets drove. The best thing about this car it is very solid and straight. It has all the original sheet metal on it and the original AirGrabber hood. The only rust spot thatwas on it before paint wasa small spot under the rear window. The trunk pan has been replaced. The paint job is base and clear I believe it is PPG. I would give it about a nine on the paint job. The engine is date coded 1969 and it is a HP block. This is where I steered away from anything stock. It has aluminum Indy heads and manifold with Quick Fuel carb, Ross pistons, K1 rods, Total Seal rings and Mallory 8 quart oil pan. It does have a pretty aggressive custom hydraulic cam. Has a MSD ignition. The compression ratio is 11:1 which allows it to run on premium gas. It has a full TTI 3" exhaust and headers which sounds great. The engine is well built and runs excellent. I do have all the paper work. This car is very good on the street and I have taken it on several trips and its very highway friendly. The transmission is a 727 with heavy duty shift kit and deep oil pan. The rear-end is a 9 3/4 with 3:90 gear ratio with positrack unit. The large aluminum radiator keeps it around 160 degrees. The wiring has been totallyreplaced and everything works. The interior was also redone and kept it pretty much stock. The only thing the speedo jumps all over when I drive it so I have unhooked it. Disc brakes on front and drums on rear. The wheels are 15x8 on the front and 15x10 on the rear. Believe me this car is well built and I have a lot in it. I know the color and what I've done to the engine may hurt the price but I'm getting to old to need something like this. Email me if you have any questions? Thanks
