1964 Dodge Polara Power Top

here is a 1964 dodge polara, original v-8 bucket seat power top i have bucket seats and engin, clean title, front floors are rusty, trunk floor looks pretty good. front rails look real good, i have not looked at underneath of car, i am sure theres rust. rear quarter panels look pretty good but have been cut for over size tires i would guess. i have a nice hood, i will get pics of engine and numbers on it soon, { its in a garage ] may be able to help with delievery once car is paid for, any questions i will answer honestly, thanks.
