INTERNATIONAL AND OVERSEAS BUYERS WELCOME! PLEASE CALL ME AT (76O) 805-8O38 WITH ANY QUESTIONS OR IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO BUY IT NOW. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO ASK YOUR WIFE, GIRLFRIEND, BOYFRIEND, BARTENDER, PRIEST, DOG, OR ANYBODY ELSE THAT YOU NEED TO ASK BEFORE BIDDING. THESE AUCTIONS ARE NOT CHEAP AND NOT A GAME. This is a beautiful 1971 Dodge Demon that was originally from Tennessee. The body is in outstanding condition. It is rust free and extremely straight. It is B5 Blue with black stripes and a white interior. It has a couple of very minor paint chips from being driven but nothing big. The floorboards are solid. The trunk is excellent. Dual scoop hood, Go wing. The Demon has a newly built monster 1969 340 that has less than 10 miles on it. Healthy cam, Hooker Headers, aluminum intake, etc. It is very nicely detailed. It starts up and runs ok once it is warm but still needs carburetor tuning. The carb was rebuilt but it is a Weber and I have never had anything but problems with Webers of any model. I'm not saying they don't work well. They just have never worked well for me. Torqueflite Automatic transmission, column shift, Line Lock mounted on shifter. The car was originally a 6 cylinder. The car was in storage for a few years and the longtime owner that I got the car from who was a childhood friend's neighbor stated that the last time the car was raced it ran 11.15 and 11.22in the 1/4 mile at US 131 Dragway pulling the front wheels about four inches. That was before the rebuild and the addition of the larger cam and some headwork so it should make more power now. But that past run was also with 4.56 gears and a 4500 rpm stall converter. It has since been changed to 3.55 gears and a 2500 stall speed converter for more driveability. Chrysler Rallye wheels with newer tires on the front and M&H Racemaster street legal slicks on the rear. The chrome is in good condition. The white bench seat interior is decent but does have some thread separation on the front seat and the back seat has sun damage on the top by the rear shelf. It could use a set of seat covers. I will also include a pair of 1970 through 1972 Challenger white bucket seats that were going to be installed in this car. They need seat covers and restored but are difficult to find. Fender Tag was lost during paint. New big aluminum radiator. The exhaust is brand new and I will include new Cut Outs as well if you prefer the sound of open headers. The carpet is new. The dashpad is in good condition. I have new Jegs White Face Gauges still in the box that I will include. The Monster Tach is already installed. The dash was cut for a modern stereo. Frame connectors installed. The heater box was removed but I do have it to be reinstalled. Clean, clear MI title in hand. You could not come close to building this little Hot Rod for anywhere close to the asking price and I expect it will sell because it is priced to SELL TODAY. The car is currently located in Marshall, Michigan. Thanks!I can help with transportation either getting it loaded on a truck or assisting you however I can at the buyer's expense. Inspections are encouraged but must be completed before the end of the auction. $1000 non refundable deposit due at auction end and remaining balance due within three working days.
