| I am relisting due to the fact that person could not afford car please dont bid unless you have the funds and means to purchase car This was my project that I'm selling as I found another build that I want and don't have space or I would keep it, car is mostly original with the exception of the front seat, carb and air cleaner. Matching numbers motor,trans,and rear, Has fender tag and two original build sheets . This is a real 340 4 speed 391 sure grip H code car. Motor was rebuilt with less than 500 miles at robs machine of hayward ( all stock except mild cam,heavy duty oil pump/shaft, double roller tc elec ignition, have receipts, orig trans has new output shaft bearing new high performance clutch throwout bearing original hurst shifter. Rear resealed with green axle bearings 391 sure grip. Less than 500 miles on drivetrain Car runs drives needs tuning etc, Ive been driving around the block.The suspension was redone a few thousand miles before I got it seems to steer fine,original power front disc brakes work good. I put new front gas shocks and new rear air shocks and car has decent tires. The body as no rust and has never been in an accident. Its been in Sunnyvale California its whole life on the same block. I am the 3rd owner of car. Car was sold to neighbor than me. I sanded off most of first repaint (purple,car is original met green and eng compartment is painted, I will give rest of the gallon of met green I have if new owner wants it I used high build primer/sealer then block sanded car, quarters twice now. Car could use another good fine sanding. Front seat is not original to car I believe its a 72 seat but was redone in legendary upholstery rear seat is originalEMAIL ME FOR PHOTOS OF ANYTHINGI was building this car to be a weekend driver that I could take anywhere respectably not a show car, this is a rare car and their getting hard to find in original condition especially with documentation/build sheets.
