This 1963 Dodge 330 is a “real” 426 Max Wedge. Built at the Chrysler Hamtramck Assembly Plant on 3/26/1963. It was shipped to Mr. Norm’s Grand Spaulding Auto Sales, in Chicago, IL for delivery to the first retail purchaser.
Factory options on this vehicle are: 426 cid. 2-4bbl Ramcharger Stage II V8
Heavy Duty Torqueflite A727 push-button transmission, HD Sure-Grip rear axle (3.91:1 ratio), heater & defroster, variable speed windshield wipers and 7.50x 14 blackwall tires.
This car was recently given a total frame-off restoration. It was repainted the original Ebony Black paint, using modern paint technology. The Red interior was also completely redone and is in perfect condition.
A visual inspection and authentication was done in 2017 by renowned Mopar authority David Wise of MMC Detroit. The car is listed in Darrell Davis’s Max Wedge Reference Guide. Documented by Chrysler Corp. IBM Card and listed in the Chrysler Registry.
The car runs and drives great, with no issues. This car is as nice as they come! It is as pretty on the bottom side as it is on the top. It will make a star addition to any car collection.
