For Sale is a one owner 1972 Dodge D100 Short Bed Sweptline Pickup. The pickup is mostly complete, and original including paint and interior. I purchased the truck from the original owner, includes the original clear Kansas Title (the title shows a lien but I have the release from the bank). The Dodge was built in Missouri, it was sold new in Central, Kansas and been in the area since new. The last photo show the truck as found sitting next to a barn.PLEASE SEE ALL 23 PHOTO'S. The condition is as follows:
Body: Overall very solid. The exterior paint color is Orange, the paint is all original, and had not had any major body work done that I can see. There are some dents as shown. There is some minor rust, both front fenders have some rust in the rear lower area, the driver door has some rust in the lower corners, and the passenger side floor board is thin and has minor rust, the balance of the cab is rust free, the bed is rust free, but the left tail light extension has some minor rust. All body and bed mounts are very clean and rust free (see photos) All glass is good except a chip in the windshield. The grill and bumpers, are complete. The bed floor has the original paint, there are some dings & minor dents only. The tail gate and opens and closes freely. It does have an original MOPAR branded sliding rear glass. The lower sides of the truck is not rusted out, just some road rash, the truck was on sand roads all of it's life and the paint is missing.

Mechanical: the power train is complete, this has an original engine everything under the hood looks complete except the alternator and bracket. The engine is a 360 2 barrel, it is not running but turns over freely, the transmission is a 4 speed manual. The rear end was missing when I got the truck, it now has a used rear end from a 1978 Dodge 1/2 ton pickup, the rear brake are not hooked up and the rear shocks are missing. The wheels are not correct for the truck, but installed to make it a roller. The steering looks original and complete. Does have factory power drum brakes.

Interior: The original color is tan and black, the dash is complete, all door panels are good. The seat frame is original and solid, the cushion is bad as shown (farm dog damage).
