1950 Dodge Other Pickups

This is a Nebraska grain farm truck. 99% rust free The vehicle was used on the farm for 30 plus years and then put into storage in the machinery shed. The truck was removed from storage and sold about 8 years ago. The new owner found the engine was set up so had it removed and rebuilt, probably unnecessary as the truck only had 41,000 miles. I have a stack of receipts form the engine work as well as a clutch and brake work. After these repairs the new owner sold the truck because of moving to smaller quarters. I purchased it about 5 years ago. It now shows 49,200 plus miles, unfortunately when I bought it the previous owner neglected to tell the DMV the miles were correct so the title stated exempt. Consequently I am selling the truck with a Florida title which also states exempt. It drives like a low mileage vehicle. The paint has a lot of chips and scratches in as much as it was a farm truck but these days it is referred to as patina and has a decent shine. Note the factory pin stripes on the grill bars. The box was always black matching red box was an extra charge. One area of concern on the body is the drivers front fender at the mounting bolts that has a little bubbling from a previous repair. No other rust, the bed is the original wood and very solid, the interior is all original except the floor mat. New Coker wide whites about 1000 miles ago, the small amount of chrome is pit free, recent exhaust, fuel pump belt, hoses, generator rebuild, battery, plugs, and wires. This is a great candidate for historical preservation judging class.4 speed transmission, never overheats even in Florida summers, holds 40plus pounds of oil pressure at hot idle. You will notice a small green and orange canister mounted on the left side of the bed, mystery, the new purchaser will get a $50.00 discount if he cancorrectly identify what it is.This is a great old truck. shippingat buyers expense.
